All orders are shipped FEDEX unless otherwise requested. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days unless shipped 2day . Here at  PedalCarPros.com aside from our already low prices we also offer free ground shipping on all orders over $50.00.

Shipping address differs from billing address:

For your convenience,f we can ship your order to an address other than your billing address, although it may slightly delay your order. As a security precaution, we request that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company. For your protection, we call and verify every order that is shipped to any person or address other than the card holder or address the bank has on file. For quick processing, the card holder may contact us directly to verify this information right after the order is placed. We also do not ship to P.O. Boxes for security purposes.

Order Processing

Orders placed after 3pm Mountain Time are usually processed the next business day. If you need your order sooner than what these guidelines suggest, you can always call us to see if we can meet your deadline. We are flexible and will do everything humanly possible to meet your needs! We only retain a certain amount of inventory at a time. If your order can not be completed we will notify you as soon as possible and let you know an estimated date we can ship your order. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do what we can to rectify the situation.

Typographical Errors:

We do our best to check for errors. However, in the case that a Pedal Car or Plane has been mispriced (through a typographical error), we will notify you and inform you of the actual price the Pedal car or plane should have been marked. We will thank you for pointing it out.

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted only on items damaged during shipping or per manufacturing defects (as determined by PedalCarPros.com). The customer must contact PedalCarPros.com and return the product through the our returns Dept. Authorized returns will be replaced or repaired at the discretion of PedalCarPros.com. Replacement will only be for the same model or item. An order cancelled while product is in transit will be subject to a restocking fee and any additional shipping fees or charges incurred to cancel the order. A canceled order will be credited in the full amount only if product has not shipped. A cancellation fee could be assessed for canceling a "back order". .
